» Victorian slide chain with Opal and seed pearl slide

Very sweet gold filled Victorian chain, with 5 cultured seed pearls and one natural Opal. There is a hook on the end of the chain to hold glasses or a magnifier. The chain is 48″ long. The slide measures 3/8″. The tiny stones are all original. The seed pearls are a silver /gray color. The Opal has great life. Weight is 9.9 grms. I would date this lovely slide chain at c1880′s-1890′s. The loop is hallmarked C.A.M. and Co.Item ID:5596
