» Cute Sterling Mexico belt Locket necklace

This is a cute one. The Locket has a buckle design, with a gun type handle. The design is very unusual. The locket has the original paper clip chain. The clasp has the hallmarks Mexico TMM 925. The inside of the locket has a shiny gold color. It did not test for gold. This locket may have had gold color on the front at one time in its life. But now it looks silver. Measures 1 1/8″ X 1″. Weight is 6.7 g. Length of the chain is 32″. The locket has no photos or glass inside. Snaps tightly closed. I would date this great locket at c1940′s or earlier.
