» Victorian pique earrings

These lovely Victorian pique earrings are so lovely. These have newer earwires, that are gold plated. Some of the plating is wearing off. The pique work has both gold and black designs. There are scrolls and circles. These hang 1 1/2″ from the ear, and are 1/2″ wide. I would date these fine earrings at c1860′s-80′s. Some minor dings to the tortoise that would be expected in Victorian pieces.
