Terrific Los Castillo mixed metal bracelet
This is a very fine heavy mixed copper and silver bracelet. It is hallmarked, ” sterling Made in Mexico, Los Castillo Taxco 222″. The bracelet has flexible links of copper balls with silver edges. Beautiful design. The bracelet measures 7 5/8″ long and 1 1/8″ wide. Condition is very good, with 2 of the copper balls having dents in them–this does not detract in my opinion, rather tells age and wear. Safety chain is missing, but easily replaced by any good jeweler who works on vintage jewelry. Weight is 63.1grms. I would date this fine bracelet at c1950′s-70′s.
