Rare Sterling and Synthetic Alexandrite bangle. This terrific bangle has 9 round stones measuring 8mm to the center stone that is slightly larger at 9mm. Great color change from a deep purple to teal blue. Secure clasp that snaps tightly closed with a figure 8 safety clasp as well. Inside diameter is 2 1/4″. Measures 7 1/4″ around the inside oval. Condition is very good. A few small flea bites to the edges to some stones. I would date this outstanding synthetic Alexandrite bangle at c1940′s.
