» Orange Bakelite bangle with rhinestones

This is a nice old Bakelite bangle. I tested the piece with the 409 test, and it tested positive for Bakelite. It is a bright orange bangle with clear rhinestones all the way around. The stones look dark in the photos but they are mostly bright. Some are darkening with age and moisture. The bangle is 3/8″ wide and the inside diameter is 2 1/2″. I have an average 7 1/4″ wrist and this fits me very well with room to spare. I would date this fine bangle at c1930′s.
