Our Guarantee & Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund less any shipping and insurance costs. The returned item(s) must be in like condition as you received them. Any altered items cannot be accepted for returns.

Please notify Hillary's Jewels immediately of your intention to return the jewelry. You may contact us by email or phone or fax. Due to the nature of antique pieces, there are no negotiations for a partial refund if the piece is not to your complete satisfaction.

We strive to have each client delighted with each purchase and do our utmost to that end. Please remember that returns are not allowed for items paid for through a layaway plan.
